City and Guilds 2391-20

This City & Guilds 2391-20 has replace the old 2400 course and is designed for electricians who would like to enhance their knowledge of electrical installations and their job prospects. A requirement for entry is having obtained the 2391-10 certificate.

This course is in three parts:

A project which covers the design of an electrical installation as specified by City & Guilds, this will take in excess of 25 hrs to complete. You will require BS 7671:2008, Guidance Notes No. 3 and the On-Site Guide.

A 3hr written open book exam

A practical assessment of your testing capabilities, but should you have successfully completed the 2391-10, then this unit is credited automatically.

All courses are run over three months, usually one day each month covering the exam and project.

30th September, 28th October and 25th November, exam 7th December.

London Centre:

25th September, 23rd October and 4th December - exam 7th December.

Cost of the course includes all exam and assessment fees but not publications.

A deposit is required at the time of booking this course, the balance of the fee has to be paid two weeks before the course commences. Receipts will be issued for payments received.
