About Us

This company was formed seven years ago by Jack Priestley who has been with the electrical industry since leaving school in 1963. Starting as an apprentice with the C.E.G.B., where he gained the City & Guilds Technician Certificate with credit in Control Systems and applications. Moving into the service industry he worked on Oil and Gas fired steam and heating boilers then Aluminium smelting furnaces, finally starting his own electrical contracting business working with domestic and industrial installations especially cotton and wood mills as well as undertaking work with Fire Alarm and Emergency lighting systems. Finally carrying out design and installation of d.c. injection braking systems for woodworking machines.

Jack gained a BSc (Hons) with the Open University and is also a member of the IET.

He began teaching some 12 years ago on a part time basis for a now defunct organisation and started his own training provider business about six years ago and has worked in conjunction with some large contracting companies, universities and many other diverse organisations requiring his electrical knowledge.
